iKon - Australia - Episode One Trading Cards (1999)

These are regular sized trading cards (3.5" x 2.5"). There are 61 cards in the base set (60 numbered cards + a checklist card). Cards come 6 to a pack, 36 packs to a box. Packs retail for $2.95 AU. There are 2 sets of parallel insert cards. A set of 60 parallel silver cards (1:2 packs) and a set of 60 parallel gold cards (1:6 packs). Apparently the checklist card does not come in the silver or gold sets.

The cards focus on characters, vehicles and key scenes from the movie. The front of each card has a Episode 1 style black and red border, with a gold inner border and the image inside that. Cards are all landscape orientation. The card number and name are in the bottom left corner and the SW logo in the bottom right.

On the card backs, cards 1 to 24 feature glow in the dark artwork (same as the large New Zealand Bluebird cards) while the remaining 36 card backs in subsets of 9 each make up 4 different movie posters - teaser, theatrical and 2 others.

The cards are made by a company called "iKon Collectables" which is a division of Glow Zone Products Pty Ltd in Victoria, Australia.
