Thanks to the folks at Gmail and Google, 100 users of this site (well 99, I took one) will get to have their very own personalized e-mail address of Whatever@starwarscards.net.
This isn't some cheesey freebie account, its a full 2 gig Gmail account, complete with Chat and Calendar. You can forward all your old e-mail to this account, or you can forward this account to your old address. Either way, it is a robust full-fledged e-mail system perfect to use when trading cards.
The unique feature of gmail that most people love is that it organizes your mail by conversation. Start a trade discussion and no matter how long it takes to work out, all of your previous e-mail messages on the topic are quickly at hand, a small mouseclick away. You never have to throw out a mail message to make room for new. Archive everything. Ads in gmail are also much less obnoxious than those on other free email sites.
Since the number of addresses available right now are limited (they may increase how many we can have later), please get your requests in now. You can e-mail me at cathy@ this domain and tell me the following: 1. what e-mail address do you want? Is there a 2nd choice if that is gone? 2. what is your current e-mail so I can send you your password 3. what is your ID on this site 4. First Name / Last Name (its amazing how few last names I know for folks here!)
All the usual free email account rules apply. No sending spam and all that. But this is a really cool way for you to let other collectors out there know you are a star wars card collector. Support the site while having a really great e-mail address at the same time! I've placed a link to the email login page handy on the left side menu.

We actually still have some you@starwarscards.net e-mail addresses available.
Check with some of the other folks who have started using these great g-mail accounts to find out how good they are. These aren't your standard freebie accounts with gobs of ads bombarding you.
I can vouch for that, I even changed to this address for correspondance and trades on this site, its far better than any other online mail service I have used in the past (don't ask me to name them, I have had and still have countless legions of e-mail addresses).
