Just checked and the official TOPPS site has the binder up for order. Ships out 14 Dec!!!!!!!! i ordered mine but they get you on the shipping $11.95 for the only available option priority shipping. Don't forget your discount by entering Booster15. The final total was $28.45....ouch!

The shipping was $9.21 to my ZIP code. If you know someone else in your area who also wants one, you should consider ordering them together. The shipping for two binders was less than $1.00 more than for just one. You can almost cut your shipping cost in half for each one by ordering two together.

I ordered 2 for $45 with the shipping. Split the shipping with a buddy here in town.

Wow, a 1" inch d-ring binder would probably hold only a set of cards. I would think they would use a 2" like previous binders. Since they don't release an official binder for each set, they should think about us and how we would best use them. Like I was planning on moving the 2 previous Clone Wars set to the new binder from the AotC binder. But I'll scratch that now.

It does appear to give you the discount for multiples of the binder.
Shipping costs sort of eat the discount though.

Got mine today...wish I would have never ordered 3!!! What a friggin rip-off.....the stinking thing is a standard 1" office binder with a pictute insert on the front & back covers. I was afraid there would be something really cheap about this binder. Hope I can recoop my money with the resale of the extra binder cards.

The ONLY good thing to come of it was that I did manage to fit all 3 Clone Wars card sets (w/ insert sets) into this binder without any trouble.

Topps sticks it to the collectors again.

You know what's a worse rip-off? The guy on eBay trying to sell these binders for $25!! Looks like he bought several of them and is trying to cover the cost of his own by selling them for $10 over cost.

Saw that too....and you know what, there will most likely be someone willing pay him the $35 too.

Mine arrived late this afternoon too. I was really worried after reading the post about how cheap it was, but it isn't too bad. Yes, it's just a plain white binder with inserts, but they look good and make it distinctive. $16.95 was a little much, I agree, but it's still better than not having a new binder, and it does include a bunch of UltraPro 6-pocket sheets and the binder card. I'm okay with the deal.

I have not received mine yet but by the posts I'm probably not going to like it as much as I did when they first announced it. If it is cheap, I say we write Topps and thank them for bringing the binders back but ask them to make them better quality especially for the price they are charging!!!!! So say we all???????

Sorry, Mike. I didn't mean to put a sour taste in every ones mouth...I may have been a little harsh refering to its "quality"...the binder it'self is pretty solid, but at most worth about $5 at any office store. I wish Topps would have put more thought into the use & practicality of this binder...really a 1" binder!! with cover/spine art inserts!! that's where I'm calling them cheap, REALLY CHEAP! What happened to the custom printed binders Topps use to put out? Those are true collectables....now anyone can go to Kinkos, and make endless of copies of the cover art to sell online, all you need to provide the binder.
As a matter of fact, I may upgrade my binder to a 2"-2 1/2" binder to get better usage from it...all I need to do is insert the cover/spine art & it's as good as what TOPPS put out, and at half the cost!

This promo card should have been handed out for FREE at San Diego Comic Con and other conventions earlier this year. I hope this is not the trend for future Star Wars sets like Galaxy 5. Topps is making us the victims of a bad economy with this marketing ploy. I just want the card, and now I have to fork over $20+ to get one. I could care less about a binder and some plastic sheets.

Topps did throw in a few freeby "Wacky Packages"series 5 promo cards!!! dosn't that make up for the excessive cost of the binder & shipping

well I got my binders today. Very disappointed. Not even close to what I was expecting. And one of the binders was even damaged. Time to contact Topps and tell them what I think of there BS.

Ditto Robba! I came back from vacation today and It was waiting for me. I opened it up and the inside was damaged bad. There is no way they couldn't have seen the damage when they packed it. The binder sleave was ripped in 3 places and sticking out of the binder. These are indeed very cheaply made. Time to contact Topps as well!!!!!!!

This is all crazy! I was really excited when they announced this, but after seeing the steep shipping charges, I decided not to get one. Now, based on all the feedback here, I would have regretted the purchase for sure.

Do any of you out there store your Widevision cards in any other way? Currently I have them in a plain binder with the widevision 8 pocket sheets, but I prefer the widevision storage cases. Does anyone know where I can get one? None on ebay. Thanks

I just got a reply back from TOPPS and they stated they will send me another complete binder set and don't want the damaged one back. So, I might have an extra binder card for trade soon as well as a damaged binder.....we will see.

Okay good and bad news. The good news TOPPS sent me a replacement binder along with promo card!!!!! The bad news, the binder they sent as a replacement is in worse shape than the first one. TOPPS TOPPS TOPPS, what's going on with your company. Whoever is their quality control person should be fired. First, they start screwing up sentences on cards and now they can't even send an undamaged replacement binder. I complained to them again, so hopefully I will received an undamaged binder soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone else having this problem. The inside binder sleeve of the replaceement binder was shredded beyond belief.

That is pretty unbelievable. I'm sure glad my one binder arrived in good shape. I would be VERY upset by now.

Okay, this is unbelievable! TOPPS sent me the email below crediting my account instead of as I requested, checking the binder inside and out for quality assurance before it is placed in the box for shipment. Instead, they are basically giving me my money back and saying see ya....Unbelievable!
Apparently they are having a problem shipping these overseas. That's funny, the box it was sent in both times was in excellent condition when it arrived and I stated that to them. Appearantly the easy fix isn't good to them, they would rather screw the loyal customer. JUST LOOK AT THE BINDER BEFORE IT GOES IN THE BOX, SIMPLE! Just my $.02.

I do worry for the condition of my binder. I haven't been home since the 3rd of Jan but I had an e-mail 3 weeks before then that it had been shipped. I paid well over the odds for postage to the UK so I'd expect it too arrive in quick time in mint condition

Topps is giving us what we want but the quality and high expense is enough to put me off buying many more products from them. Quality not quantity.

I guess I just was lucky from what I'm reading here. I'm really sorry for you guys : Topps quality control is a real joke ! Too bad for us dedicated collectors who agree to pay tremendously high shipping costs....

My wife bought the binder for me for my birthday. Today when I finished putting the CW Widevision cards in the sleeves, I decided to put in one of the promotional cards for the binder. Funnily, it wasn't until then that I really looked at the binder for what it was. I had simply been pleased to have the binder. So, yeah, many of you know my surprise and disappointment. Not only did it not match the picture, but it was -- as you all know -- just a regular binder with print-outs. I'm surprised that Topps did this....
